What is the process for establishing a water account? |

You must fill out an application for service and present your valid drivers license and another valid form of ID (see service application under downloadable forms). If renting, you must present a lease agreement. A one time, non-refundable service fee is required upon water service. *Note that your water service will be turned on the next business day.

What are my options for paying my water bill? |

Payments for water bills may be paid with cash or check during normal business hours, or after hours in the deposit drop box by check only. Bank Draft is also available. We do accept payment by credit/debit cards with a $1.00 processing fee in the office or by telephone with a $4.00 processinng fee.

Yes, a $10.00 dollar late fee is applied to the water bill that is delinquent.

The homeowner is responsible for a leak in this area. If a leak occurs between the water meter and the street, the Water Works is responsible.
